Before you write to us
I can't sign in
Check that you're using your full address including @gamersmail.com, and remember passwords are case-sensitive. If you're still stuck, write to us from any address and include your username.
Email isn't arriving
First check your Spam folder. If a specific sender keeps failing, tell us their domain and roughly when they sent it, and we can trace the delivery attempt.
Reporting spam or abuse
Send the full message headers where possible, because they show the true origin of a message. Abuse reports go to [email protected] and are treated as a priority.
Billing and plans
You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel yourself from Settings → Plan. For anything about a specific charge, include the payment reference from your subscription page so we can find it quickly.
Privacy and data requests
Access, correction and deletion requests are handled under our Privacy Policy. You can also delete your account at any time from Settings.
