Terms of Service

Last updated: 15 September 2026

Short version: use the service lawfully, do not send spam or impersonate anyone, keep your password safe, and do not use Gamers Mail for fraud or abuse. If you break these rules we may suspend or close your account.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of the website at gamersmail.com and the email service provided on it (together, the "Service"), operated by Gamers Mail ("we", "us", "our").

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18 you confirm you have permission from a parent or guardian.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential.
  • You are responsible for everything done through your account. Tell us immediately at support@gamersmail.com if you believe it has been compromised.
  • One person per account. Do not share credentials or resell access.
  • Your @gamersmail.com address remains yours for as long as your account is in good standing.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Send unsolicited bulk email, advertising or spam of any kind.
  • Create accounts for the purpose of evading a ban, abusing another service's signup process, or bulk-registering accounts on third-party platforms.
  • Impersonate any person or organisation, or forge email headers to disguise the origin of a message.
  • Send malware, phishing content, or links to fraudulent or deceptive material.
  • Harass, threaten, or infringe the rights of others.
  • Break any applicable law, or any third party's terms of service - including using this Service specifically to violate the rules of another platform.
  • Attempt to probe, scan, overload or disrupt our infrastructure or other users' accounts.
  • Automate the Service in a way that exceeds reasonable use, except through the official API and its documented limits.
Anti-abuse commitment: Gamers Mail is intended to be a permanent personal email address, not a throwaway inbox for automating signups or circumventing other services' protections. We actively investigate reports of coordinated abuse and will terminate accounts involved in it.

4. Spam and abuse reports

We take spam seriously. If you receive spam, or wish to report abuse originating from a @gamersmail.com address, email abuse@gamersmail.com with the full message headers. We investigate every report and may suspend accounts without notice while investigating.

5. Email content and ownership

You retain all rights to the content you send and receive. We do not claim ownership of your email. We access message content only to operate and secure the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the content you send through the Service and for having the right to send it.

6. Plans and payment

  • The Starter plan is provided at no charge with 1 GB of storage. Every account begins on it.
  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through our payment provider.
  • Storage limits are enforced per plan. Exceeding your quota may prevent new mail from being delivered.
  • You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from Settings.
  • Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • We may change plan features or pricing with reasonable notice; continued use after a change means you accept it.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may perform maintenance, and features may change or be removed. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • breach these Terms or our Privacy Policy;
  • use the Service for spam, fraud or other abuse;
  • place unreasonable load on our infrastructure; or
  • are required to be removed by law.

You may close your account at any time. On termination we delete your mailbox contents in line with our Privacy Policy, except where we must retain records by law. You are responsible for exporting anything you wish to keep.

9. Disclaimer and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or loss of access to third-party accounts. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date, and where appropriate we will notify you by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
