This disclaimer applies to gamersmail.com, the email service on it, and our free tools. It sits alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which you should also read.

Gamers Mail is offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or available at any particular moment. Maintenance, network faults, and upstream providers can all affect it, and we do not warrant that it will suit your particular requirements or work with every device and mail client.

• Email is a best effort system. Once a message leaves us, the receiving server can delay, reject, or silently drop it, and a recipient's filters can file it as spam.
• Mail sent outside this domain depends on an outbound provider working correctly.
• Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose, such as receipts or account recovery details. No online service can promise data will never be lost, and we are not liable for lost data.
• For anything that matters legally or financially, do not rely on email alone. Confirm it arrived another way.

Our blog posts and guides are written for a general audience and describe what is generally considered good practice. They are not legal, financial, or medical advice and may not fit your situation. If you follow a guide and something still goes wrong, that is not on us.

Our password generator, two factor code generator, username generator, email checker and UUID generator run in your browser and come with no warranty.

• A generated password is only as good as how you store it. Nobody at Gamers Mail can recover it.
• A two factor code only works if your device clock is accurate and the secret key you entered is correct.
• The email checker validates the structure of an address. It does not contact the mail server or confirm the mailbox exists.
• A generated username is a suggestion. It says nothing about whether that name is free on the platform you want it for.

Public pages, meaning the landing page, the blog, and the tools, may show advertising. Ads are chosen by the advertising network, not by us, so we do not endorse the products advertised and we are not responsible for the sites they link to. Some links on this site may be affiliate links, which can earn us a commission at no extra cost to you. Non-essential advertising cookies are only set after you accept them in the cookie banner.

We also link to other websites, such as a game publisher's support page. Those sites are not under our control and their own terms apply once you are there.

Anyone on the internet can email an address on this domain, subject to our spam and abuse controls. We filter aggressively and act on reports, but we cannot guarantee that no scam or phishing attempt reaches your inbox. Treat unexpected messages with the same caution you would anywhere else and never enter your password after following a link in an email.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data, or for losing access to a third party account. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law that applies to you.
